About Ashtanga
I've been practicing Ashtanga yoga for over twenty years and have experienced first-hand how this ancient practice brings a wealth of health and wellbeing benefits to its students. Having trained at the prestigious Ashtanga Glastonbury teacher training school, I was given a solid foundation in teaching yoga to its full potential whilst being encouraged to find my own authentic style of teaching. I'm committed to sharing my knowledge, experience and passion for yoga in a safe, friendly and nurturing environment.

My sessions are friendly, energising and challenging! Taking a nurturing and considerate approach, I strive to give students the confidence to develop their own self-practice. Offering modifications, guidance and support throughout, students can thrive and embrace this dynamic practice. The classes include a set sequence of postures which are learnt over time. This enables students to gradually deepen their experience of and progress within eash asana.
