I offer many styles of yoga, Flow, Restorative, Yin and Nidra. I have practiced yoga for 20 years and would love to share the practice of yoga with you. I offer group and individual classes, all levels are welcome.

My belief is that yoga is for everyone, I offer a gentle style of yoga, offerings progressions and alternative poses. We would start with breathwork,seated postures,standing postures,then cool down, finally resting in Savasana, absorbing the work we have just completed.
