About Katie
Hi! My name is Katie.
I have been practising yoga since 2007 in a small studio in Tennessee whilst in university. I immediately fell in love with the effects - physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.
Since then, I have worked and lived in different places, including the US, Japan and now the UK, and yoga along with meditation is something that I have turned to time and time again for support. I have been sharing these practices with friends and family to show the benefits for years whilst working as a teacher in other contexts. Finally, in 2024, I decided to do my 200h Vinyasa YTT in Boca Raton, Florida with two highly experienced and qualified yoga teachers. I am now back living in South London with my five-year-old daughter who is now a yogi as well who loves previewing my flows. :)

Hello! The yoga classes that I guide range from a vinyasa-styled flow to a more restorative, yin- style.
Classes are designed to be inclusive so that students of all levels, ages, bodies and abilities can take part. Students should feel like the classes are personalised and empowered by the end of class.
Lengths range from 30 minutes to an hour. :)
