About Teja

Hi, I'm Teja — a yoga and meditation practitioner with a rather unusual path here. My background is in biotechnology, where I spent years studying the science of the body at a molecular level. That curiosity about how we're built naturally led me toward healing on a deeper level, and today I'm also a certified pranic healer.
This blend of science and spirituality shapes how I teach. I understand the body not just as something to stretch and strengthen, but as an energy system to be balanced and cared for. My classes bring together yoga, meditation, breathwork, and healing — grounded in both evidence and intuition.
I believe wellness isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. Whether you're here to heal, to grow stronger, or simply to breathe a little easier, I'm honored to guide you

Hi, I'm Teja.
I'm a yoga and meditation practitioner passionate about helping people find balance in their everyday lives. My approach draws from a mix of styles — blending movement, breathwork, and stillness to create practices that meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you're a complete beginner curious about your first pose, someone managing a busy schedule who needs 10 minutes of calm, or looking to build a deeper long-term practice, I welcome students of every age and background. There's no "right" body or experience level for yoga — just a willingness to show up.
In class, we'll explore it all — playfully and at your own pace:
Asanas — yoga poses that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness
️ Pranayama — breathing techniques to energize or calm you, on demand
Meditation & mindfulness — simple tools to quiet mental noise
Yoga philosophy — the "why" behind the practice, made easy to understand
Relaxation & stress relief — techniques you can use anywhere, anytime
My sessions focus on making yoga and meditation approachable, not intimidating. We'll work at your pace, listen to your body, and build habits that actually fit into your life.
