About Charlie

As a yoga and meditation teacher, it has been my goal to guide students into the beauty of the present moment. I want to encourage and inspire others to come to their practice with an open attitude that is innocent and not colored by the past. It brings me so much pleasure to guide people to the peace and stillness that is already there inside of them.

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years and have spent the last year and half teaching as I chased yoga and conscious connection around the world. I have been in relentless pursuit of finding awareness and equanimity both on and off the yoga mat and love nothing more than guiding others into this precious space.

About the lesson

My classes are designed to inspire gratitude and acceptance of the present moment while moving in a meditative style of flow. I combine the principals of anatomy and alignment with the understanding that each student knows best what their body needs to ensure they practice in a way that is safe.

1 hour classes will included a moment of relaxation to settle onto the mat. We will work through postures that are designed to strengthen and promote flexibility. Breathing techniques and meditation will be integrated throughout. Each class will include standing postures, twists, folds, inversions, back bends and hip openers.

I am able to tailor 1.5hr practices for those who want a longer practice and there will be the options to include pranayama breath work and longer periods of meditation.

I also offer guided meditation sessions.

Before your class we will connect so I have an idea of your experience and level of practice and what your goals are.
