since 2014- worked in different schools and institutes focusing on individuals with special needs. lead social intervention groups.
10 years experience in working one on one sessions with children and young adults, focusing on social skills as well as learning strategies.
I know Hadas since elementary school, I’ve been training Yoga and Mindfulness with her for almost a year- since the beginning of the covid-19, and I can’t thank her enough.
She’s very dedicated, with good vibes and works hard on her programs that she designs personally for her students. She cares that you’ll do the exercise in your own pace, in a way that’s right for your body. As she watches her student train, she also suggests a few different variations for some of the poses so you can choose your difficulty level for that lesson.
She’s a great teacher for your body and soul.
