About Małgorzata
I am an English major by education, a yogi by passion and a passionate enthusiast of phytotherapy, permaculture and healthy living close to nature. I like people.
Love that moment when after the class faces of my yoga students are relaxed with that newly found sparkle in the eye.
It is important to me that after completing the practice you feel happier, but also calmer.
The other benefits associated with regular yoga practice, i.e. better immunity, healthier sleep, loss of unnecessary pounds, will happen on their own in the so-called meantime. This meantime when great things start happening outside our meetings is a beautiful thing :)

About the lesson

I combine Yang movement (dynamic, strengthening movement building up the heat, provided by Vinyasa) with Yin movement (static asanas, releasing tension and emotions) designed to reach deeper tissues. I albo focus on pranajamas, i.e. breathing exercises and guided meditation.
I focus on explaining the micro elementy of positions, interesting narratives and visualizations tailored to you, which will allow you to go deeper into asanas and be 100% here and now in your body, breath, and on the mat.
Our classes are 60 minutes long. Your age and level doesn't matter. All you need is your mat and the will to try.
