About Gabriella
I was recently trained by some of Sweden's best Yoga teachers at Axelsons Gymnastiska Institut - Yoga teacher Multistyle 200h.
My name is Gabriella and I am 26 years old, I live on magical Dalarö in a small house with my dogs. I would see myself as an energy bundle that spreads both joy and peace around me.
The best tool you can invest in yourself is Yoga & Meditation, I would like to spread that energy to all the people I have met and will meet!

Yoga for all levels & all ages! Private tuition, group tuition, on site or via webcam. I am trained in hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Iyengar Yoga.
The advantage of Yoga in nature,
Nature is absolutely fantastic, purely magical, we come from nature ourselves
Our brains are not created for today's all strong colors, shapes, fast movements etc.
All colors and shapes from nature are soothing impressions for our brains which causes us to lower our stress hormones.
[N ] To move in step with the wind or hear the sound of the waves, feel the heat of the sun filling you with new energy. Happiness!
I myself prefer flow yoga and like to choose to teach it in magical places in nature, but we both need the complements Yin & Yang to get in balance.
