I'm Lena,
sporty, helpful and an active person.
I love to travel and get to know new cultures and people.
I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga since 2018 and I love the exchange of energy between my students and me.

About the lesson

I did my yoga training in Mexico City in 2018 and teach in English, German and Spanish.
My courses are more dynamic and sporty (Vinyasa). But there are always calm and relaxed units in between.
I start my class with a short meditation and mindfulness exercise. The graduation can end with a common OM, but it is not a must;).
I teach levels 1-3
My yoga classes are about you. I am happy to consider requests and topics that you would like to work on. At the end of each yoga class there is a little wellness touch with essential oils and crystals and other oils and scents. I only use natural cosmetics and natural products.
