Apart from being globally certified as a yoga teacher, I enjoy learning from all kinds of sources whether attending classes in person, online educational content, videos, books, and podcasts. Never assume I have known enough. Adaptability and flexibility make me a great personal yoga instructor. I will adapt the sessions to tailor your needs and be flexible on the schedule to suit your time. I can also teach in Mandarin.
