About Anushka

I have been practising yoga for the last 7 years.
I have been certified as a "Yoga Volunteer" by YOGA CERTIFICATION BOARD under MINISTRY OF AYUSH for the next six years i.e.2026.

I have participated in tens of yoga competitions at different levels: interschool, interzonals, state and national and have bagged positions at all the mentioned levels.

Last year,
-I bagged 36th position in INTERNATIONAL YOGA OLYMPICS 2020
-I secured 3rd position in online WORLD YOGA CUP 2020 in under 17 category.
-I also acquired 2nd position in Virtual International Yoga Championship 2020 organised by Everest Yoga Institute.

I have trained children of classes 1st to 10th during my school days.

Perfect! Anushka initially checked about health pre conditions and goals I want to achieve. She accordingly trained me with yoga as complete package including warmups, forward & backward stretches (different type of asanas every time), breathing exercises and mediation. Anushka understood my strengths and limitations and slowly push the boundaries to make me more flexible. As yoga certified and practicing for many years, Anushka can demonstrate and explain different asanas in great details. I strongly recommend her as yoga trainer.

According to me the most important value a teacher must have is to be efficient and great at managing things .
