About Neus

I completed my training in India in October of 2016 and I am registered by the Yoga Alliance 200RYT. I have been practicing yoga since 2009 and since November I have given classes to many students and in different countries. I am passionate about traveling and I like to practice and organize classes wherever I go. I have lived in Australia for the last two years and have taught regularly, multi-level, multi-course and both outdoors and in study.

About the lesson

These classes are for anyone who is interested in enjoying the practice of yoga. These classes are a great way to improve self-confidence, strength, felicity, balance and more. All in one class! Meditation techniques and pranamaya (breathing techniques) will be used to have a complete experience in the practice of yoga. Everyone is welcome and diversity is fostered regardless of religion, age, gender identity or political affiliation. It does not matter if you are an experienced yogi or you are trying yoga for the first time. My Yoga classes are for fun and I promise that this will be the philosophy that applies. Let's practice together!

Neus es una estupenda y enérgica profesora de yoga. Sus clases, siempre en entornos al aire libre, son fáciles de seguir incluso si nunca has hecho yoga. Neus te contagia con su entusiasmo y consigue que des lo mejor de ti en cada sesión. Combina ejercicios de estiramientos, equilibrio, fuerza y relajación, y cada una de sus clases se convierte en una magnifica oportunidad para llevar tu cuerpo al límite. La recomiendo 100% si te estas iniciando y también si ya tienes conocimientos, pero sobre todo si quieres pasar un buen rato practicando yoga al aire libre. ¡Te quedarás como nuevo!
