About Shayna
I have 7+ years of yoga experience - the practice in which completely changed my life! I started yoga while I was living in South Korea and the practice stayed with me as I moved around the world. Currently, I am based out of Fredericton New Brunswick and primarily teach private lessons. Yoga helped me connect more to who I am, those around me & eliminated daily body pains.

My teachings are a fusion of vinyasa & hatha yoga philosophies and are always tailored to the unique needs of each client. My personal approach targets both strength & flexibility with a heavier emphasis on whichever the client desires. I am experienced teaching individuals of all levels - 100% beginner friendly while still challenging in order to advance your practice.
I also have a great amount of experience with advanced inversions - headstands, forearm stands and handstands and have the skills to teach these advanced poses to all levels of individuals.
Experience: 6+ years of yoga, 200 hr RYT
Specialities: strength, flexibility & arm balances
Ideal student: all levels! beginner, intermediate & advanced
