Martina is an absolutely amazing yoga tutor because she makes sure we are always comfortable with the exercises. Martina helps release your stress and any negative tension that you may of had from long days at school. I would recommend Martina because her lessons are unique, accepting and interactive. In addition to this she teaches about how the position of the moon can effect our goals and behaviours.

Martina is an excellent teacher. She is passionate about children and yoga. Her lessons are engaging, well-prepared and fun, even for adults. The time flies when MIss Martina is leading her lessons. If you want to focus on something specific, speak to her and she will deliver a pretty detailed customised session. I do recommend her to the Superprof community.

Martina makes the lessons very interesting and even though you might not be good at doing Yoga, the exercises are tailor-made to your level/ capacity.
Family yoga is very engaging and makes you think about few feelings that we might take for granted and helped us all appreciate our family, friendship and social environment much more.
