Hardeep is very good at assessing what level you are at and will tailor the classes accordingly. She has a very clear manner of giving instructions and she runs the class at a nice pace. She has had a lot of practice so it is very inspiring to watch and learn from her. I have been taking her classes with her since June 2024 and her classes have really helped me gain flexibility and reduce stress. I would strongly recommend Hardeep as a yoga teacher.
