Discover yoga in Zurich through my classes, where wellness and self-awareness come together in a unique experience. Each class is an opportunity to connect with your body and mind, using a variety of techniques that promote participation and interaction. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will find the guidance you need to explore your potential.
The class flow includes a warm-up, main practice with asanas and breathing techniques, and conclusions with Yoga Nidra or guided meditation. My goal is to help you discover your own inner peace and balance. Contact me to embark on this wellness journey together!
