About Elana
I have practiced Yoga since I was 8 years old and have dedicated years of my life and time to supporting others in their journey of Yoga, healing, and personal growth. I utilize all the limbs of Yoga in my daily life as my own compass and continue to be a student, as the wisdom of this tradition is vast and deep. It is my goal to embody and live these teachings with humble gratitude as I continue to learn and expand my own knowledge so I can continue to support others in their own efforts.
