I am Yoga instructor and Reiki master. I have been giving Yoga private and group lessons one year ago. In addition I have been giving Reiki sessions one year and a half ago. I will be pleased to help you start or continue your Yoga practice to connect with your inner self, your mind and body.

I like to transmit Yoga from a holistic perspective that includes the management of breathing, postures, meditation and I try to connect Yoga with daily life. In addition, I took a course in art therapy so I understand the impact that art has on the expression and well-being, which is why sometimes I also include it in the classes

María´s classes inspire calm and relaxation, and a motivation to keep developing the practice of Yoga. She lives by the principles of Yoga in spirit, mind and body, which is evident in her uplifting energy. She´s very caring and emphatic, which makes her a great instructor.
Maria teach me yoga for the first time, she is really passionate about it and because of this she helped me connecting with this ancestral practice. I also received reiki sessions from her and I experience an improve in my wellbeing, I highly recommend her as a tutor and therapist

If the student needs classes at their location the cost varies to 23£. The cancellation of a class must be minimum one day in advance, otherwise the cost of the cancellation the same day will be half the price of the class.
