About Olivia
I am a Visul Arts Major at Vancouver Island University, who also loves to teach yoga! I took my teacher training last year, but have been practicing for over 10 years. Yoga has always kept me grounded and more comfortable in my own skin - and that is what I hope to help others with.

My teaching method is to guide students through their practice, not to force anyone or guilt anyone into postures. This practice is for each individual student to find their own strength and comfort. I guide students through a pre-planned set of poses (a sequence), but always allow for modifications and changes through out the class to match how each individual feels in that moment.
