About Lexanthi
I am a 400hrs certified Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor offering personalised yoga and meditation classes to busy professionals in London.To date, I have been entrusted to run my yoga programs for more than 54 of big corporations in London including Hilton Conrad, Royal Bank of Canada, BDO, Wells Fargo, and Amazon. Thanks to this experience, I have helped more than 500 UHNWs and HNWs clients as well as people from all walks of life to create a sustainable life full of inner fulfilment, joy and energy. I also deliver my services to couples, families or private groups (3/4 people).

My teaching method is to get practicality out of the yoga classes for our day-to-day lives. I teach Vinyasa, Haatha, Yin, and Power Yoga along with meditation restorative practices like meditation, yoga nidra and body-scan relaxations. Through yoga we'll learn how to become better productive, lesser focused, calm our nervous system on-demand, and increase our performance in sports. The greatest thing we will learn thought is how to cultivate a sense of happiness and harmony that comes from within.
