About Harvinder
I am a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor who believes that yoga is not only about physical exercise, but about creating balance between the body, breath, and mind. Yoga has helped me develop calmness, awareness, and inner strength, and I wish to share these simple yet powerful practices with others.
As a yoga teacher, my intention is to make yoga easy, safe, and approachable, especially for beginners. I understand that many people feel nervous or unsure when starting yoga, so I focus on gentle guidance, patience, and comfort, allowing each student to progress at their own pace.
Through Hatha Yoga, I aim to help my students build flexibility, improve posture, and develop healthy breathing habits. Through Yoga Nidra, I wish to share deep relaxation, stress relief, and mental peace in today’s busy and demanding lifestyle.
My goal is not perfection in postures, but regular practice, self-awareness, and well-being. I want my students to feel relaxed, confident, and connected with themselves after every session.

Hello, I’m Harvinder Kaur, a dedicated yoga practitioner and instructor. I teach basic and gentle Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra, focusing on physical health, relaxation, and mental peace. My classes are especially suitable for beginners and those looking for a simple and safe yoga practice.
