About Lindsey
Welcome to Soultry Yoga. I am a registered 200 Hour yoga teacher; I have led online and in person yoga classes, workshops and small circles. I also specialize in crystal sound bowl healing to help activate my student's healing on an energetic and vibrational level. My meditations will take you on your own personal journey to soul, leaving you feeling relaxed and at ease. I truly believe that the practice of yoga, breath techniques and meditation is the gateway to soul. My mission for Soultry Yoga is to help students awaken and activate their soul.

My teaching method is a gentle, but empowering approach. I utilize engagement via voice through cuing and seeds of inspiration, however I will leave space for reflection and introspection. I have been told that my classes leave my students feeling empowered, calm and inspired. "There is so much joy in your voice, it is contagious". I incorporate easy to follow cues mantras and mudras, yoga philosophy, breathing techniques and more. My style of teaching is unique and come as you are. My space is welcoming and inviting.

Details
Your first class will be free! If I drive to your location, there will be a $15 gas fee added to the base rate of $50. I understand cancellations happen, therefore I ask that you please let me know 24 hours in advance. If you fail to notify me within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a 30% fee of the total cost. However, this charge may be dismayed on a case by case situation.
