Antoinette is an amazing student and instructor of yoga. We have been both attending and teaching yoga class at the same studio for a couple years. I have been friends with her for 12 years and she has always paved the way for growth and self realization. She is truly grounded and dedicated in her practice and instruction. Among some of her stellar qualities are patience, soothing voice , supportive , postive mind set, ability to be versatile and connect with many different personalities and styles, and beautifully articulated cues.
