About Rupa Chotrani
I am Siromani Rupa - an experienced and passionate yoga teacher with over 22 years of experience. I started my studio and private home lessons in 2001.
I am committed to providing extensive instruction and counselling to my clients, while motivating them to find true inner peace and their healthiest self.
I am a skilled and certified yoga instructor from various well known institute who has also written a book on yoga for children which is available on Amazon. I have the ability to build effective relationships with people from all backgrounds and have been fortunate enough to teach yoga to the children in the slum areas and help them receive the benefits of yoga.
I am a highly motivated and energetic Yoga instructor who is comfortable working with people of all ages (having taught groups from 2 years to 80 years) and have deep knowledge about asanas, as well as relaxation and breathing techniques and I specialise in yoga for children, traditional yoga, power yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga and Kriya yoga.
I enjoy inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long term health and fitness goals.
