Each class is designed to foster deep connections within oneself. I prefer reading the individual's/collective energy. This allows me to design a nurturing and empowering practice, ensuring that it resonates with everyone present. I emphasize the importance of honoring your own body and its limits, encouraging each participant to listen to their own intuition and let their moves be the moves of truth. My guidance is rooted in traditional practices, but I adapt the sequences to make them accessible and beneficial for all levels. Moreover, as yoga is not only asanas, I love to include meditation and pranayamas in the classes
