About Anna
My name is Anna Rose and I’m a yoga teacher of Slow Flow Vinyasa, which is combination of gentle stretching with challenging poses, followed by relaxation techniques. Additionally I’m teaching Meditation and Relaxation for healthy wellbeing. You’ll be refreshed, recharged and reborn after the class.

My teaching method is based on individual approach and attention to each student’s needs. Everyone is unique and has unique body and soul. Everyone has its own way to embrace they body and they life and grow with yoga practice.

I’m teaching trough online webcam only at the moment. So you are more than welcome to join my online classes.
After class You will get offline support information with asanas, health benefit if the yoga poses and support for your home You ya practice.
I’m teaching also meditation and relaxation class. You’ll learn Yoga Needra - yoga of sleep. And some deep breathing Pranayama techniques, which helps to improve your emotional health and well being.
You can get Ayurvedic consultation for additional charge. You’ll get support in harmonizing your doshas elements and some additional suggestions for personalized yoga diet and daily life practice.
