I can provide private or group sessions. As I recently completed my certification, I would love to get the opportunity to teach meditation/mantra chanting and Yoga followed by a free taste of sound bath. Mindfulness practices help you bring balance to your life. When mind moves to the extreme it’s time to bring it to balance. My practice can help you get through your current challenges.
