About Carolina
I offer private and small group Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation sessions which can be tailored to your needs. I can help you to build a strong core, improve overall strength and flexibility. I have a background in physiotherapy allowing me to deeply understand and modify the exercises for you. I'm also a certified Yoga instructor and Pilates instructor with 4 years of experience teaching. My focus is holistic wellness I believe in creating harmony in our mind, body, and soul through conscious living. I want to share my passions with you and teach you about movement, learn to move your body more efficiently and pain-free.

Classes are Ashtanga based and run for 60 min, you will receive a hands-on adjustment and a profound understanding of the poses and corrections useful for your own practice. We will work in the comfort of your home.

Carolinas understanding of the body is excellent. She always knows exactly what I need to work on to relieve any niggles I have. I leave her classes feeling both zen and a couple of inches taller;)
