About Faye
After 7 months in India studying the art and practice of Yoga, Faye teaches a range of styles, from Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Meditation. She was also the co-founder of a yoga studio and gym in Singapore and is trained in sports therapy such as fascial stretch therapy, dry cupping therapy and much more.

I base my classes on a simple structure that is easy to follow along at home. There will be a variety of movements and poses along with variations and modifications to make it suitable for all abilities. I have a playful approach to movement, after all, movement is meant to be enjoyable and accessible.
