About Dora

My yoga teaching journey began a decade ago with a 500 hour Ashtanga teaching certificate in Rishikesh, India, where I lived and trained for six months.

Ever since, I have developed my passion for yoga, honed my personal practice and focussed and developed my knowledge of movement and mobility to expand what I can offer clients.

The last decade has allowed me to explore and specialise in a range of complimentary yoga styles including Ashtanga, Power, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Meditation.

Since my introduction to teaching in Rishikesh, I have taught in Germany, Thailand and the UK at teacher trainings and studios including The Ned, Shoreditch House, East of Eden, Path of Yoga, House of Yoga, MoreYoga, Yonder, Paper Dress Yoga, Leyton Yoga, Women for Refugee Women and Yoga West.

As well as teaching groups, I also teach 1-2-1 classes online and in-person where I offer personalised and bespoke sessions to clients of all abilities.

My love of yoga began in childhood when I would practice with my mum who found yoga helpful in recovering from a serious illness.

From then on yoga clicked with me.

I offer and encourage 1-2-1 session both in person and online. These personalised 50 minute sessions are great for a range of reasons and suit both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Ever since my time in India, I have developed my passion for yoga, honed my personal practice and focussed and developed my knowledge of movement and mobility to expand what I can offer clients.

1-2-1 sessions can be worked around your busy schedule, tailored to personal goals and needs (including working around any injuries or medical conditions), and may reduce anxiety especially for beginners who can find group classes daunting.
