About Isabel
My name is Isabel and I am passionate about body expression as a tool for growth and acceptance.
The connection with my body came into my life when I was 5 years old and I started my journey as a dancer, a passion that taught me the beautiful power of my body.
In 2015 I connected with Yoga where I discover the philosophy behind it, obtaining multiple benefits for my body, mind and soul.
After a long learning path, I decided in 2021 to train as a Yoga instructor to share this powerful discipline with people of all ages in order to help them connect with their essence.
I consider myself a loving, empathetic and above all patient person, so I will accompany you throughout your journey with Yoga.
I am very excited to be part of this journey into you.
