About Regi
I am a yoga teacher 4 years ago. I finished 3 teacher training Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Flow Yoga and Akhila. I studied and practiced yoga, Ayurvedic cooking and Tantra in India. Moreover, I dedicated myself for 2 years in organizing yoga events and, of course, to share with my students.

Vinyasa classes, flow yoga, yogalates, prenatal yoga, HIIT yoga, power yoga and yoga for seniors. I teach private and group lessons, all levels and all ages. I begin with a relaxing few minutes and breathing exercises (pranayama) to release tension and stress in order to dedicate himself solely to his practice: focus on the "here and now". Follows the practice of asanas (postures) with or without music, then relax.
