I have been practicing Yoga in my life for 10 years. I started this study in a self-taught way and after a while I sought classes with teachers who helped me on this journey.

Classes are developed based on the student's needs, and may vary to practice strength, mobility, postural and restorative education.
My focus is on anatomical and dynamic aspects, proposing an understanding of the relationship between posture and breathing.
From beginners to experts, I believe that it is always possible to learn with attentive and personalized monitoring.
