About Ali
Certified Yoga teacher from Sivananda ashram in Val Morin, Canada. I've spent 8 months in India to deepen my practice with masters I've met in Varanasi and Rishikesh. This class is for all levels, it's great if you want to strengthen your body but also relax your mind. Learn different breathing techniques to calm mental thoughts, have a better focus, meditation and discover your full potential.
