My name is Sonali, and I am a yoga teacher specializing in alignment, pranayama and posture correction for chronic pain relief. I teach in a way that is gentle, clear, and easy for anyone to follow. Yoga has personally changed my life—I was able to reverse my hormonal imbalance through consistent yoga practice, and this experience deeply shaped the way I teach today.
