About Noelle
I took a lot of time to research which yoga institution I wanted to attend. There are so many out there, and a bunch of them are just online or where all students pass regardless. I decided, for me, the best route was to start at yoga's origin. It is believed yoga began in the Himalayas (although, no one truly knows if it began in India or Nepal). I figured why not go to the place where it all started- where yoga is a lifestyle infused with religion and not just an exercise. I received my certifications at the Himalayan Yoga Academy in Nepal. Since then I have been continuing my practices and locally teaching yoga in the park.

My lessons can be specially designed for each student or class.
My main studies are in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. The class can range anywhere from simple stretches to advance poses. I like to take time to explain each posture in order for my students to get the most (understanding and benefits) out of it. Even if the posture cannot be completed to its fullest, as long as the base disciplines are correct, we'll have a great foundation to slowly improve!
