About LAETITIA

After more than 10 years of yoga practice, I was trained in India in 2015 (Multi-style yoga) as well as in 2018 (vinyasa, ashtanga and children's yoga) in order to improve my personal practice for the first time. time, then to become a teacher and sow seeds! I taught in Maison Pour Tous and I currently teach courses in 2 rooms in Quimper. I can move on Quimper and around.

About the lesson

I adapt to all body types, everyone can practice yoga because there are options for each posture. Whether you want to get started for the first time or want to strengthen your skills to go further in postures, I support you with kindness, indulgence and firmness! Yoga is also breathing exercises (Pranayama) to become aware of your breath and your body, but it is also a moment of relaxation at the end of each session. Hatha yoga is the most practiced yoga in the West and it is also the basis where we hold the postures the longest, Hatha flow and Vinyasa yoga are more dynamic yoga where we chain postures by synchronizing breath and movement in a creative way, then Ashtanga yoga is a series of postures (always the same composed of 3 series) by synchronizing breath and breathing and that without pose, it therefore requires a good physical condition! Whatever the yoga, there is always a moment of refocusing at the start of the session, of pranayama and relaxation. I also like to sing a mantra for the opening and / or the closing of the session:) ... but this is optional!
