My name is Tia
I am a lover of life and passionate about finding self-love and integrating healthy practises into our everyday lives.
Yoga has been a life changing experience for me and I am so happy to share my passion with others.
I work in Marketing and have had a corporate career of 7+ years in management and understand the pressures of today’s corporate world.
I make time for being creative and believe movement is healing.
