About Artisan attire
My name is Neelam Shekhawat, and I am a yoga teacher with four years of experience. I hold two certifications in the field: Yoga Alliance and PGDYT. I truly love practicing yoga, and I have noticed significant positive changes in myself since I started. Through yoga, I have learned about its origins—including the teachings found in the Bhagavad Gita—and how ancient Indian sages initiated the practice, how Maharishi Patanjali advanced it, and how we continue to carry it forward today. I would simply like to say that everyone should turn towards yoga at least once in their lives so that they can become a better version of themselves.

Yoga can completely transform a person's life; it enables one to master their mind and effectively shield it from negativity. Students, in particular, should practice yoga. In today's fast-paced world, we often neglect ourselves, but every student—and their family—should set aside one hour a day for self-care; after all, since the life and body are your own, the responsibility of looking after them lies with you. Waking up early to meditate helps clear the mind and allows you to spend the rest of the day in a state of calm. Students should also pay attention to maintaining a healthy diet and caring for their bodies. Through yoga, you can enhance your cognitive abilities and evolve into a better person.
