About LIA
I have been dedicated to yoga for more than 15 years, both as a practitioner and as an instructor. My journey has taken me across Korea, the United States, and Europe, allowing me to integrate diverse traditions and perspectives into my teaching. I believe yoga is more than physical movement — it is a path to balance, resilience, and self-discovery. Through my classes, I aim to create a safe and inspiring space where students can strengthen their bodies, calm their minds, and connect more deeply with themselves.

Teaching over 10 years. My lessons offer a comprehensive approach to yoga, blending the strength and structure of Western methods with the mindfulness and fluidity of Eastern traditions. Each class is a one-hour journey designed to balance body and mind: combining deep stretching, power training, muscle development, balance work, and conscious breathing. Students can expect a safe yet challenging environment that enhances physical vitality, cultivates inner awareness, and leaves them feeling centered, energized, and renewed.
