About Vivien
I’m originally from Peru, with a background in the corporate world, public policy, and executive coaching. Alongside my professional work, I’ve taught yoga for 10 years and completed over 500 hours of teacher training. For me, yoga is a discipline—a practice of consistency, awareness, and patience that extends beyond the mat. It shapes how I approach challenges, connect with others, and keep learning. Through teaching, I share this practice with people of different experience levels, helping them build strength, cultivate focus, and discover their own relationship with yoga.
