About Iveta
Iveta has always been very intuitive and has been interested in holistic therapies since young age. Her passion is primary for yoga and as she moved through life she found another passion for massage therapy and readings.
Iveta has been actively practicing yoga for the last 12 years. It was through the first training back home where the journey has begun for her with an Indian guru Gopal Pujari, Iveta completed her first teacher training at age 15 in Uzbekistan where she was born and lived for 16 years of her life and ever since then the journey of yoga has been a fascinating ride!

We will first meet and discuss your daily routine over a delicious cup of tea, health state and any injuries you might have to ensure a safe and suitable level of class as well as a preference in style of yoga. I generally teach my students traditional Hatha Vinyasa, Yin (gentle and slow) or a combination of Yin and Yang poses with elements of Ashtanga. Classes are tailored to the level of practitioner so there is no strain on beginners and enough challenge for a more advanced student :) I have created a steady flow to suit any level of practitioner together with take home tips...I will give you pranayama (breathing) techniques and some asana that are great for every day and they significantly change the yoga practice and help integrate into your life. There will be a short meditation at the beginning and end of the class, followed by warm up sequence and Sun Salutations, leading to some stronger postures. There will be time to explore each pose and take it further, I provide full support and hands on adjustments with a permission of a student. Once asanas are complete, we will finish with final relaxation pose- Savasana and a short meditation followed by a yummy treat! :) Ahh, and of course, puppy in your class is optional but cuddle is a must :)
