I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, with 20 years of experience in the field of yoga. I have practiced yoga since childhood. I have written several books on the subject and created different styles of yoga like Walking Yoga, Yoga Water, Tango Yoga, Yoga for weight loss and toning, which have tremendous benefits in body and mind.
