About Jaylyn
Jaylyn is a full-time Yoga Therapist and Wellness Mentor with 10+ years of teaching experience. She first came to Yoga at the age of 18, when she discovered its benefits to relieve anxiety and depression.
Jaylyn believes that Yoga can be accessible to all individuals when the class is tailored to our unique needs. She loves offering private Yoga to get to know you and develop a personalized lesson (or program).
Jaylyn also specializes in Yoga for women's wellness, including hormone balancing, pre-natal yoga, and post-natal recover yoga.
