About Anahita

I've been into yoga for the last 10 years. I deeply resonate with yogic methods and philosophy. I aspire to help others unlock their physical and spiritual potential through yoga practice. I want you to find alignment in your life, not just on the mat.

About the lesson

I'll teach you a mix of traditional and modern Yoga. Whatever your purpose: weight management, PCOD, diabetes, increasing flexibility or just staying active, I've got you covered. You can count on me to always keep your classes interesting, fun and relaxing. I'll help you reach your fitness goals and also give you tips for healthy living. I'm a runner, swimmer, trekker and amateur surfer.
