About Emma
I am a qualified YOGA teacher with a background in philosophy. I have experience working in the early years sector and value the important of our own mental health and well-being. Working in the vocational sector it is vital we invest in our physical and mental health to be able to serve others effectively and compassionately.

My teaching is based on compassion and collaborative partnership. Offering tailored approaches to my clients needs. I enjoy providing a safe and nurturing space where students can completely switch off from the day and become present with where they are now on their mats. I offer a service grounded in physical functional movement, mindfulness and meditation.
