I have a ballet background, have been teaching for many years from high intensity to now ballet barre, pilates, reformer and Yoga. I enjoy keeping fit and motivating others to be the best version of themselves through movement and putting their bodies into a shape.

My teaching strengths would be alignment as your body moves to be in the right position so not to hurt yourself, then finding the breath as you hold the poses. I also try to find some lightness in the poses.
