In any class, I ask the student what they would prefer to work on. If it's nothing in particular, I will lead the class as prepared. As I get to know and understand my students more, I adapt what we focus on in the lessons to their needs.
I focus mainly on Vinyasa, Asthanga and Yin Yoga
I believe yoga should focus a lot on relaxation and meditation, as well as fitness and flexibility. The balance of all of these are established in my lessons.
I am very passionate about teaching and seeing students improve with each lesson.
