I am a yoga teacher training course student, I hold BSc in Psychology and MSc in Management. With vast experience of different cultures I have been able to find what makes me happy and would love to help you find it too.

I base classes on the ideology which lays behind yoga. For one to find happiness it is important for them to have found balance in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual facets of themselves. By learning to appreciate oneself, one can start appreciating beauty around, which is a journey improving the quality of life.
