About Qiana
I have been teaching yoga classes for the past 2 years.Not only do I preach about self love but I live by it. You have to learn that your intuition, your gut feeling, that annoying little voice in your head is there to help you. Ounce you learn your body the in’s and out’s, when to fight or flight and become whole in yourself then will you have the world at your fingertips. Moving mountains and letting nothing get in your way.
